September 13, 2017 National News Varsity newsToday, Wednesday 13th September, 2017, the expelled six (6) students of Federal University of Technology Owerri would be having their second court session at the Federal High Court Owerri.
Recall that on the 17th of February 2017, a "Peaceful Riot" broke out in school and resulted into destruction & vandalisation of school property.
Six students of FUTO who were alleged to have led the protest were expelled during the 421st FUTO senate meeting.
The Expelled students took the FUTO management to court demanding Justice from the Court. The adjourned court hearing will be taking place today at the Federal High Court Owerri, Port Harcourt Road.
