Eating is something we can't do without; yep
it's very important we fuel up our body. In the
aspect of feeding and nutrition, Nigerians eat
what they love without a care about all that
sh*t about calories, fats etc. Sure, keeping fit
is cool, however, Nigerians (most of 'em) are
not health freaks who watch their calorie intake
at every meal. These are some of the delicious
meals Nigerians love eating, regardless of their
tribe of whatever.
Jollof rice
Mmmm, just the mere thought of this yummy
dish can make one's mouth water. It's one
dish Nigerians are fond of and it's mostly
prepared during parties, special events and in
the home, it's a delicious meal every family
member can't get enough of
Garri
This is a staple food gotten from cassava
tubers. It's popular among the Yorubas and it's
prepared regularly at home almost every night
in the form of eba or taken as an afternoon
snack with milk, sugar, groundnut etc
Semolina
This swallow food can be eaten with almost
any soup ranging from efo Riro, okro soup,
ogbono, egusi etc. It's delicious, nutritious and
also quick and easy to prepare.
Amala
This is also another delicious swallow food,
prepared using yam flour and usually served
with egusi soup or efo riro, ewedu, ogbono etc.
This food is popular among the Yorubas and
it's loved majorly because of its yummy taste
and nutritional values.
